This elastic rubber strap is especially recommendable for shirred waistbands in fine and light materials and can create stylish accents. This shirred tape is threaded into the trouser, skirt, or tunic's hemstitch, creating a fine frizzle effect on the waistband or midsection. This smooth, elastic rubber strap retains its shape when stretched and does not contract.
