Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges

We fully comply with appropriate consumer laws applicable to the Australian Capital Territory.

We will provide an exchange for faulty goods or a refund as stated in consumer law.

Returns for change of mind may be accepted for a store credit at our discretion.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • patterns, books or magazines,
  • cut fabrics except where the fabric contains a manufacturing flaw. If you find such a flaw, please contact us at hello@weftandwarp.com.au or by phone 02 61818583 before returning the fabric.
  • Gift Cards for cash value

All items are visually inspected prior to sending. If you think there is a problem, contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1 business days.   Your bank, PayPal or Afterpay may take additional time to return your refund
