  • $1 to $200 - $14.95 flat fee using Australia Post
  • $200 and more - free postage using Australia Post.

New Zealand

$1 to $300 - $24 to $39 AUD. $301 and over - free

If we can package into a smaller package we will confirm price with you and issue a refund for the difference (NZ Customers only).

We reserve the right to contact you and request additional costs to be covered for larger orders.  Feel free to email us and ask for an estimate if you are concerned.

When do you post?

We post on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

Can I click and collect?

Yes. Pick up anytime during opening hours on Friday and Saturday once you have received confirmation that your order is ready. If you need to pick up outside these times, please email hello@weftandwarp.com.au to arrange an alternative collection time.

Returns

We fully comply with appropriate consumer laws.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • patterns, books or magazines,
  • cut fabrics except where the fabric contains a manufacturing flaw. If you find such a flaw, please contact us at hello@weftandwarp.com.au or by phone 0405 960 431 before returning the fabric.

All items are visually inspected prior to sending. If you think there is a problem, contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue.
