Miffy has delighted generations of children and adults alike. Created by Dick Bruna, Miffy’s enduring appeal lies in her simplicity, warmth, and unmistakable graphic style. Liberty’s design studio has reimagined these illustrations into a curated series of fabric prints, weaving together character, pattern and narrative.
Hand-drawn in the Liberty studio, Prairie Day takes inspiration from the iconic classic, Poppy & Daisy. Scattered across an array of outlined blooms, including daisies, forget me nots, and lily of the valley, Miffy appears in her earliest form, lifted from the original 1963 tale. The crisp floral shapes blend perfectly with Miffy’s graphic linework, creating a fresh, springtime meadow.
Tana lawn is a fabric built by obsession, perfected into a modern masterpiece of production through a bespoke process that has evolved over a century. Printed by Liberty in northern Italy, Tana realises unmatchable fluidity with a silk-like touch, unique print quality and striking colour vibrancy. Machine washable and durable enough for daily wear, it is perfect for both simple separates and spectacular statement pieces.
