All classes are subject to Weft and Warp’s Attendance and Cancellation Policy, which must be read prior to making your booking, whether this booking is made online or in person.
Minimum numbers
A minimum of four (4) students is required for most classes or workshops to proceed. Minimum numbers for beginner classes maybe lower. There are no minimum numbers for Sunday Social Sewing.
We will assess enrolment numbers at least 72 hours prior to any scheduled event commencement time. If there are insufficient numbers, we will contact you no later than 48 hours prior to commencement to advise you, and to provide details of refunds or possible reschedules.
Your Inability to attend booked class or workshop
If you are unable to attend any class or workshop that you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible, by phoning Weft and Warp on (02) 61818583 or by email to hello@weftandwarp.com.au
Depending on the nature of the class, it may be possible to attend on a different date. We may discuss this with you at the time you provide notice of your inability to attend, or we may contact you after the class or workshop has occurred to discuss options, which may include rescheduling or a refund.
Where possible, we require at least 24 hours’ notice of your inability to attend your booked session. If your session is part of a longer course, we will try as far as possible to reschedule you, but please understand that depending on the course, this may not always be possible, and we cannot provide any refund for the portion of the course missed. Where you provide less than 24 hours’ notice of your inability to attend a single day class or workshop, you will be offered a store credit to the value of the course cost rather than a refund.
If you have booked and do not let us know prior to a class or workshop that you are unable to attend, you forfeit the entire amount of the cost and will not be entitled to any refund.
Your Inability to attend booked Open Studio Session
We regret that we are unable to provide a refund if you are unable to attend a session that you have booked. If we need to cancel an Open Studio Session you will be issued a refund of your booking fee.
Cancellation due to teacher illness or other unforeseen circumstance
If we need to cancel a session or course/ workshop due to teacher illness or other unforeseen circumstance at short notice, we will advise you as soon as we can. You will be offered a reschedule or refund.
